Chances are, if you are reading this, you have found your way here because you read my blog, Allison's Written Words, so you like what you've seen and want to see more.

Anyway, welcome to Allison's Anthology Writing Project 2015, where I will be publishing a short story each week in 2015. Since creative writing hasn't been something I've worked on in many years (thanks to college, assigned topic papers, and a blog full of sarcasm and wit), I will be starting off by researching short story prompts. As I develop my skills, the hope is to begin to create my own ideas and work from there. A new story will debut, beginning next Friday, January 9, 2014.
I prefer to make this a judgment-free zone, so while opinions and feedback is welcome and encouraged, negativity is not. Constructive criticism is one thing, but negativity is a whole other beast. It will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form, and if you think otherwise, jump ship now.
That said, I hope this is an enjoyable reading experience for all, and I'd love to know how I'm doing.
